Though most of the forest is thick with trees, there is one patch in particular which lies bare, allowing sunlight to pool within it. This sunny patch free from darkening branches would be more popular if not for the snakes it attracts. |

Also called the Disappearing Pools, these ephemeral reserves of water deep within the forest vacillate between being dry and teeming with life and likewise alternate between silence and raucous ribbiting, respectively. |
