APPEARANCE
Passionsky is a calico she-cat with tabby stripes. She also has a white chest and white socks on all four paws. Passionsky looks very perky, with her big and round brown eyes. She has short fur except for some strange-looking ear tufts on top of her head. Passionsky stands as a taller cat in comparison to the rest of her siblings. Her face looks like a splattering of ginger, black, and brown. Some might say that her appearance reminds them vague of an alert squirrel or chipmunk.
PERSONALITY
Passionsky is outgoing, amiable, and energetic. A very active cat, she can often be seen doing extra patrols or simply running free along the moorland. She loves being a warrior and the day-to-day warrior cat duties. She is constantly a light in middle of dark times for the Clan and has no trouble maintaining a positive and happy-go-lucky attitude. This makes her tend to see the best in every cat and she assumes that all cats have goodness in their heart.
One of Passionsky's goals is to get to know all cats in the Clan. She loves to have fun and believes there must be some way to connect with everyone. She has a carefree attitude that makes cats feel comfortable talking to her. She is popular among the Clan and has many good close friends. To protect her loved ones, Passionsky is fierce and passionate as her name suggests. Her morals stand against hurting any cat, and she greatly judges those who attempt to put others down.
However, this also makes Passionsky very naive. She is prone to being tricked or manipulated. When it comes to politics and family relations, all she wants is for everyone to get along, but does not understand why that is so hard. She can be rather oblivious to these things, preferring to immerse herself in her duties and adventures.
HISTORY
Mother: Snowbriar
Father: Berrystrike (deceased)
Sister: Pearstar (sovereign)
Brother: Plumdew (zero)
Sister: Peachwish (adopt)
Mentor: Rainwhisker (deceased)
Kithood
Peachkit, Plumkit, Pearkit, and Passionkit were born to Snowbriar during an era of constant fighting. From the very start, there were mixed feelings about the litter. It was not a big surprise that the kits all turned out very differently. Passionkit was the energetic one. She always wanted to go outside and play with other kits and apprentices. Her parents were never too worried for her the way they were for the more sickly Pearkit, who Passionkit never really knew or spoke to because of her excessive time in the medicine cat's den.
Everything was very peaceful until greencough hit the Clan. Her father Berrystrike passed away, and Passionkit herself became very sick. However, Passionkit was always in high-spirits and recovered quickly. She grieved for her father, but like most things in her life, she moved on quickly. Soon after she returned to her usually happy and energetic self.
Apprenticeship
In this way, she became more and more accustomed to Clan life. She cared only for what was in front of her paws, and when it came time for her to become an apprentice, she was given the calm and aging warrior Rainwhisker. She noticed that her sister Pearpaw, who she had hardly seen for the last 6 moons, was given Sundapple as a mentor. Passionpaw was extremely proud of this, and felt relieved that her sickly sister would be taken care of, despite not knowing her well.
During her apprenticeship, Rainwhisker was patient and Passionpaw was very close to her mentor. She was the usual cheery apprentice that seemed rather naive. She did not understand Peachpaw or Plumpaw's jealousy but cheered on their accomplishments the same way she did to Pearpaw. However, Pearpaw seemed to struggle with training, and Passionpaw longed to reach out to her but it seemed like her other siblings were against it.
Adulthood
When the three of them became warriors without Pearpaw, Passionsky vowed to one day better understand her sister. After all, it was not her fault that she had Sunstar as a tough mentor and was sick all the time! Passionsky was named for her hopeful and optimistic attitude even during a generation of fighting and violence. Passionsky felt very lucky to be healthy and to have the patient Rainwhisker constantly supporting her. As a young warrior, Passionsky certainly took advantage of her health and athleticism. She was a cat who constantly needed to be hunting, patrolling, or doing some other sort of activity.
Having been in many battles as an apprentice, the young Passionsky was not unfamiliar with death and aging. She tried to help every cat approach aging and death with dignity. And from speaking with the elders and senior warriors, she knew the Clan deputy would be retiring soon. Passionsky never cared for power, she found enough joy in the little things in life. However, she knew that her brother Plumdew was eyeing the position. While she voiced her support for him in his presence, Passionsky knew that based on Sunstar's style, Plumdew would not be the one chosen.
When the time came, it was to her surprise that Pearfrost was the one selected to be deputy. Then again, she decided it was not so surprising considering how much time her sister had spent with Sunstar. With enthusiasm, she congratulated her sister. She had seen how much Pearfrost had grown into herself and the wonderful success that Yewbranch had as an apprentice under Pearfrost.
But the brief joy did not last very long. During a fierce battle between ThornClan and StormClan, the already frail and elderly Sunstar lost his last life. Additionally, Passionsky lost Rainwhisker that day. She saw Pearfrost grieving for her mentor, and realized that they had much in common -- their passion, their fierceness, and their love for those close to them. Passionsky grieved respectfully for Rainwhisker, but she knew he had served his time and had a good life. And once again, the resilient Passionsky was able to bounce back.
Without Rainwhisker, she even wanted to continue growing her support system. Without Sunstar, she knew Pearfrost would need friends as she rose to power. Passionsky proactively reached out to Pearfrost during their grieving days and pressed her sister to go receive her nine lives instead of taking revenge. Passionsky thought that, with judgmental cats like Plumdew around plus the inevitable violence between Clans, her sister would really need those nine lives. Although it was difficult, Passionsky began to grow closer and closer to her sister despite disapproval from the rest of her family. To this day, she aims to be every cat's friend and supporter. Passionsky wants to heal the sour feelings between her family because she cares deeply for each and every one of them.
